E-shop Return Policy
If you receive a damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after receiving the product.
Warranty Information
Products purchased from our e-shop come with a one-year warranty. If the product is defective in material or workmanship, we will repair it or replace the affected product free of charge. If repair or replacement is not feasible or cannot be done, the purchase price of the affected product will be refunded.
Returns for quality issues: For products with quality problems, proof of quality problems or damage must be provided. If a product is in perfect condition but the customer is dissatisfied with its appearance, comfort, adjustability or other features, it is not considered a defective return and will not be returned or exchanged in such cases.
Shipping errors, wrong products and damaged products on arrival: If the product has quality problems or is in a damaged state when it arrives (only if it is not used and is found to be defective; man-made damage will not be returned or exchanged), or the product you receive does not match what you ordered , please contact our customer service team by email or phone and include your order number and a brief description of the situation. All quality issues must be raised within 24 hours of receipt - requests after this time will not be accepted.

Returns and refunds
For all return requests, please contact our customer service team. Once the return is confirmed, the product will be returns within 14 days after confirmation.
Order changes and cancellations
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will check whether the order has been shipped. If the product has not been shipped, we will offer to modify order free of charge. Once your order has been shipped, all changes and cancellations are no longer available.
