Maxwin & Honwell e-shop shipping policy

After your order has been accepted, the company will confirm with you about the delivery time and date regarding delivery of the item(s) within 5-7 working days.

Shipping address

Delivery is available for the address you provided at checkout. If you need to change the delivery address after being processed, please contact us immediately 3 days before the shipment. Delivery is not available for Outlying Islands. Customers are required to pay an additional charge of $100 per floor for delivery to a building without lift service or in cases where goods cannot fit in or be transported by the lift.

Installation Service

Our chairs come with free installation service, while office partitions require a purchase of HK$3,000 to enjoy free delivery and installation services. Products installed or modified without authorization by our company will not be covered by the product warranty.

Please provide a sufficient and safe space for installation and placement of the product, and (if necessary) please provide power for installation. If it is found that the space is insufficient or unsafe to install and use, our company has the right to refuse to install the product.

Shipping and Installation Route

Our company reserves the right to change the delivery and installation dates of orders. Product inventory and international shipping times may affect the final delivery date. Our company will not be responsible for any delays, changes in delivery times or failure to deliver due to reasons beyond our control.

Maxwin & Honwell reserves the right to incur additional charges in the following circumstances;

You failed to receive the product on the scheduled delivery date

The delivery address is not easily accessible or there is no legal unloading area within 50 meters of the building

Shipping Delay

Due to the large volume of orders, shipping may be slightly delayed. All products will be delivered no later than 25 working days.

Special Case

Deliveries will not be scheduled during severe weather conditions and will be rescheduled as soon as possible.

If you find that there is a problem with the order or product quality after receiving the goods or you receive the wrong product, please contact customer service within 24 hours after receiving the product.
